Unethical and vwry inhumane service. Provider never asked my history about my foot, he went on and immediatly stated he well only do invasive surgical procedure) usually would be the 3rd potion he would have to resort to. He refused to even look at my feet or provider any education. Mind you thia is for a simple in grown nail which is my first time wvwr having it this bad. Smh he is only there to collect the digestion insurance reimbursement and never intended to care for a patient ethically. I will be makin BBB report as well as DOH.

I've only been once so far. Dr was very informative and addressed my concerns. It was nice to have some definite answers on some issues and he was clear on the things we would have to watch during treatment. Overall great first impression.

Very friendly staff. This was my first visit here. Dr Lee examined my toe and explained exactly what needs to be done to get rid of my ingrown toenail and the recovery. I am very pleased with Dr Lee and his staff and have scheduled the surgery on my toe with him.

I thought Dr. Lee was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly observant in his evaluation in the specifics of my foot. The feet are the most complicated thing in a human other than the brain. He is very friendly, but is focused on what he needs to accomplish for your appointment. I think this is a good sign for any physician. I look forward To my next appointment for him to perform a test and then give me an assessment.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care I received from Dr. Edward Lee and his staff at Foundation Foot and Ankle. I was so nervous about my ingrown toenail procedure due to the needles. It was so quick and painless. Dr. Sung is gentle and amazing at what he does.

I had problems for over 9 years. I’ve seen multiple doctors, surgeons, specialists. No one explained to me the issues or came up with any reasonable action plan. Doctor Lee fully explained my condition, treatment options and a proactive plan to determine the best solution. While waiting for various tests to be done Doctor Lee gave me instructions on how to treat the problem while all the information is collected. I’ve spent a lot of money trying to get help. A lot of years. I feel confident that my healthcare has been taken serious and it will be treated in my best interest.

I was very impressed with FONDATION FOOT.I HAD A DAMAGED RT BIG TOE. I WAS NOT IN PATIENT ROOM TELLING THE NURSEMY PROCEDURE THAN THE DR CAME READY TO PERFORM SURGERY. I HAD GONE TO 2 OTHER AND ALL THE DID IS. BUFF THE NAIL IT WAS A TOTAL FAILURE. IN 30 MIN IT WAS FINSHED AND PERFORMED CORRECTLY.

I had an infected ingrown toenail. I had been taking antibiotics for and was referred to this company. It took a couple days for them to get back to me after calling them but once I got there, I was pleasantly surprised! The facility was extremely clean and the people were so nice and helpful! Dr. Lee explained everything and did the procedure right then in there there was minimal pain during the procedure and he was very thorough! He explained the aftercare well as well as sent me home with information and will be having a follow up soon. My toe seems to be healing well, however it does look like I might lose the toe nail , I would refer this place and Dr. Lee to anyone!

My 1st time at Foundation Foot & Ankle and I would recommend it for anyone who needs special attention for your foot. The reception ladies are very friendly and helpful and Dr. Sung definitely knows his stuff! I am grateful for them all. It is and will be a great experience for me and whomever needs this facility.

The receptionist made me feel very comfortable. She made the check in process very simple and fast. The nurse was friendly and helpful. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and checked my feet out quite thoroughly.
